We want you to be happy with your new Artífice Handmade purchase, so if you open your goods and find they are not quite right for you, please email us at returns@artificehandmade.com stating your order number. We will then email you the returns label and instructions on how to send back to us. The return shipping cost should be paid by the customer

TIME: You have 14 days from receiving the order to post your item (it needs to be postmarked within these 14 days). We are a small, independent design company so receiving unused goods back in perfect condition and a timely fashion is crucial to our business.

CONDITION: Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the original condition. Please also include any dust bags or original tags and packaging within the parcel.

EXCHANGE: We are not able to directly exchange goods, so if you decide you would like a different product we will issue a store credit and you can place a new order.

REFUND: Once your goods are returned to us we will quality check them and process a refund / store credit.
Depending on the original payment it may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your account or card.

EXCEPTIONS: We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend you use a trackable service when returning your order. If the package received is damaged we will contact you with photos of the damage so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.

If the return is dispatched after 14 working days we will issue store credit at our discretion.

Please note that shipping costs and import fees are not refundable.
